Include is a relocation service founded by Ute Zweers in 2023, focusing on assisting individuals and families moving to Switzerland, specifically in Basel.
We aim to help clients settle in stress-free and feel at home quickly in their new environment. Hence, our focus lies among the actual moving and transition from abroad to Switzerland also on the first months after arriving in Switzerland.
We offer a range of services, including personalized support for the entire household during the relocation process. We emphasize a holistic approach, taking into account the individual needs of each family member, not just the employee being relocated.
Therefore, we offer a special mentoring program including taylored introduction to the new neighbourhood as well as personal support during the first months in Switzerland. So your new employee and his family feel welcomed, supported, and able to navigate their new environment more easily. It helps create a sense of belonging and community for each individual, leading to a smoother transition and overall well-being.
Our founder's personal experiences with numerous relocations have given her valuable insights into what is important when moving to a new country.
Ute, who is multilingual in German, English, French, Dutch and Italian, is passionate about promoting openness and tolerance between different nations and cultures and this endeavour is reflected in her company.
