I'm Ute — founder of Include Relocation and someone who has moved countries more than once. I know the feeling of standing in a new city, not knowing where to start. How do you choose a Krankenkasse when every Swiss health insurance plan looks the same?

That's exactly why I founded Include in 2023. Not as a bureaucratic relocation agency that hands you a checklist — but as a personal guide who is genuinely there for expat families during one of the most demanding transitions in life.

I speak German, English, French, Dutch and some Italian. This means I can support international families moving to Basel from across Europe and beyond — in their own language, without barriers.
